Lion wrinkles can be treated by either injection of botulinum toxin and / or hyaluronic acid. While botulinum toxin injections help to relax the muscles which are responsible for their contraction, they will prevent the wrinkles from becoming deeper. The injections of hyaluronic acid will have a rejuvenating effect on the surface of the skin and will fill the wrinkles that are too visible on the skin. Injections of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid can be done on their own or simultaneously.

How often? The botulinum toxin injections can be done every 6 months with a retouch if necessary at 2 weeks during the check-up appointment.
